The “Obamacare” legislation was wrong headed
from day one. Instead of addressing the healthcare crisis by replacing
the for-profit health insurance system with a national not-for-profit
health care system, the administration and congress found a way to use
this crisis to fill the pockets of for-profit health insurance by
guaranteeing them customers and mandating a regressive tax on working
