Whiteout Press
"The results of this Whiteout Press independent voters survey reveal a
number of surprises. One is that the sitting President, Barack Obama,
finished fourth with just 7% of the vote. Another is a matching pair of
upsets – one on the left and one on the right. The Justice Party’s Rocky
Anderson and the Constitution Party’s Virgil Goode, both participants
in the nationally televised Free and Equal Presidential debates last
week, were each beaten by lesser-known, lesser-funded, and slightly more
radical and reactionary opponents.
On the right, conservative former US Congressman Goode only received
2% of the vote, while ultra-conservative Merlin Miller of the American
Third Position Party received 3%. On the left, the progressive Justice
Party nominee Rocky Anderson received 2%, while the ultra-progressive
Socialist Party nominee Stewart Alexander received 4% of the vote...."
