Socialist Party Wins New Jersey Case

"On March 19, New Jersey election officials agreed to let voters register into the Socialist Party, and to keep a tally. The party will then be able to obtain a list of its registered voters. The party had sued to obtain this outcome. The state agreed, without the need for a judge to make a decision. The lawsuit had been filed July 1, 2013, and is Noble v State, Mercer County Superior Court, c-86-13. Six other minor parties also have voter registration rights in New Jersey.
